MORGAN DIXON (President)
I am a graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School in Northern Idaho and plan to attend North Idaho College in the Fall. I am running the development of an app called Outloud Reader for low vision, special needs, and dyslexic students to give them access to written information they have never had access to before. My life is one massive plan that I hope to accomplish. This project is one step toward helping kids in the education system. Additionally, I believe that technology is continually evolving and giving the upper hand to those who have it. This non-profit will equalize education and help students who need access to updated technology.
JUSTIN JAWORSKI (Director/Communications Officer)
I’m a graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School! I was involved in athletics as well as DECA club. I’ve been working with Morgan throughout high school to start a nonprofit organization to help students in need. This is one of the most impactful projects I’ve taken part in and I'm excited to continue to work toward our goal to equalize education. I plan to attend Grand Canyon University in Phoenix this coming fall to further my business education.

Justin is currently pursuing other interests at this time but he will always be appreciated for his help in the development of Imagination Initiative!
KAREN JOHNSON (Vice President)
Hello! My name is Karen Johnson. I am the proud mother of 3 sons: Morgan, McKinley and Kylan Dixon. I have been a teacher and coach for the past 31 years and enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, helping others, exploring new places, and supporting my sons in all their adventures! Having worked in the educational setting I understand how important it is for students to have the correct tools to work with in order to stay on top of their educational goals. Please join us in helping all students, families and individuals acquire the tools they need to succeed.
