Donate a Device!
Ship in your used technology to us and get a FIT (federal income tax) deduction! We would prefer that you factory reset your device before shipping it, but if not we can do it for you. Please follow the steps below if you would like to donate a device!
Step 1:
Remove Your Data
Please factory reset your device before sending it in. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to reset your particular device. The process should only take 5 minutes or less. Don't worry, if the device does not come in factory reset we will do it for you!
Once you've removed your data you are welcome to drop it off at one of our donation locations. Please attach your email to a sticky note.
Step 2:
Package it
Once you have removed all of your information to the best of your ability, please package it with care. Please add a hand written or printed off piece of paper with your email on it and tape it to your device. We will send your tax deductible receipt to this email address.

At the bottom of this text there is a PDF labeled "Shipping Address"; click and print a shipping address. Attach it to the exterior of your packaging.

If you are mailing a device in, please make sure you have included our shipping label or address. Once we have received your device, we will email a receipt of your donation.

Please note that the variable amount donation runs through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to donate. There is a button that says,"Pay with debit or credit card" , and to find it just scroll down when it asks to type in your account and you will find it.
